How much does it cost?

Prices start from $350 (CAD + HST). The final price depends on the size of your home, how much roofline you want lit and any extras like trees, railings or wreaths. I’ll come by for a free, no-obligation visit, measure everything and give you an exact price — and together we’ll find the best option for your budget. You pay only after everything is installed.

When should I book my installation?

Installs run from late October through mid-December. Slots fill quickly after Remembrance Day, so booking in September or October guarantees your preferred date and early-bird pricing.

Who supplies the lights?

I can supply quality LED lights cut to fit your home, or install lights you already have. Either way, they are yours to keep.

Will clips or installation damage my roof or gutters?

Never. We use non-penetrating clips designed for shingles, gutters and eavestroughs — no nails, staples or screws.

Can I use my own decorations?

Absolutely. We're happy to install customer-owned lights and décor. We'll test them first and let you know if anything isn't safe for outdoor use.

What happens if a bulb goes out or a storm knocks lights down?

Every package includes free in-season maintenance. Just text us a photo and we'll typically be back within 48 hours.

Do you take the lights down after the holidays?

Yes, as an optional add-on. Takedowns are booked from early January, weather permitting, and you don't need to be home. Just ask for the price with your quote.
